Gov. Cuomo on de Blasio’s Uber Ban: ‘I Don’t Think Gov’t Should’ Restrict Job Growth

ANDREW CUOMO: “The City Council caps, I believe, I have not read it, it caps Uber, and I think it’s much more complicated than we think, and I don’t think that is going to accomplish the goal. And it could have state-wide ramifications. That’s why I want to get to the speaker and urge the liberation here. ... I don’t think government should be in the business of trying to restrict job growth. I don’t believe you can restrict job growth.”
