Sarah Isgur: Are Republicans Going To Take About the Infrastructure Bill or Baseball?

‘Mitch McConnell and McCarthy, they want to go after this bill’

EXCERPT:

ISGUR: "[Republicans] went straight at ObamaCare and took what could have been a very popular piece of legislation through messaging and a lot of consistent messaging from every person in the Republican Party, drove down the popularity of that bill. So instead of being a legislative accomplishment, it really hung around the necks of Democrats in the midterms. With the American Recovery Act that we saw last month, Republicans were talking about Dr. Seuss. It will be very interesting. Mitch McConnell and McCarthy, they want to go after this bill and message about how it's not really infrastructure, that only 5 percent is going to traditional infrastructure. Will the rest of the Republican Party follow suit or are they going to be talking about the All-Star game?
