Ted Cruz questioned Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) director Sarah Saldana about the number of "criminal illegal aliens" released by the federal government. Saldana tried to justify the release of thousands of convicted criminal illegal aliens when Cruz confronted her with the statistics.
