BROWN: "Back in Texas, the Electric Reliability Council clarified that problems with the natural gas system were mainly responsible for the distribution trouble. But first, as we noted earlier, Gov. Greg Abbott seized on the issues with wind turbines and blamed the whole power crisis on renewable energy.
