SPEIER: "I have grave concerns. I think that the groups, whether they’re the Proud Boys or the Oath Keepers or the militias, they’re still there. They’re still angry. They’re still interested in, frankly, anarchy, and they want to promote a white supremacist agenda, which is not what America is about. And it was Donald Trump that gave them the license to think that they could continue to act in that way. They were amplified by Donald Trump, and Donald Trump recognized that they were his ticket to maybe getting a second term. So it was a toxic relationship, and we were all the victims of it."
