KERIK: "Okay, she's either delusional or she's completely out of her mind, it's one or the other. She either wasn't nowhere near New York City, didn't see anything that happened in New York City. The police was under siege, the city was under siege, the city was being looted, burnt, buildings burnt out, it was mass chaos. I don't have any objection with her suing the Mayor, because it was the Mayor that told the police to take a light touch on enforcement. But don't come after the police when their hands are tied and they're told to operate in a certain manner. They were getting pummeled, they were getting hit by cars, they were getting attacked. Her statement is just ludicrous."
