Norah O’Donnell to Jim Webb: How Are You Going to Run Against the Hillary Juggernaut?

‘I think we all should put our issues on the table and let the American people decide’

O’DONNELL: “What’s your path to victory? I mean, how do you run against a juggernaut like Hillary Clinton’s campaign and what's your main argument against her being president of the United States?”

WEBB: “I don't have an – main argument against anyone who's running. I think we all should all put our issues on the table and let the American people decide. But I don't think you need to an half billion dollars to become president of the United States. I think – and if you're going to get to a half billion, let people contribute in the right way. The super PAC concept -- I’ve read ‘Citizens united’. It talks about independence. If you're going to have something like that, it should be independent from a political campaign. We’re not seeing that. And if the ethically that bothers you, don’t say that you are going to support a constitutional amendment, just say you don't want to participate.”
