On Tuesday Republican presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio criticized fellow candidate Donald Trump's "outrageous" comments about illegal immigrants. In an appearance on FOX Business Network, Rubio said while illegal immigrants who crossed the southern border are a problem, we first have to deal with those who are overstaying their visas. Rubio said 40-percent of illegal immigrants are people who overstay their visa.
