Kimmel: The 4th of July Is a Day ‘To Be Driven Home Drunk by a Foreign Uber Driver’

KIMMEL: “Are you ready for the holiday weekend? I had a feeling you would be. Everyone except for the guy who has to dress up like Uncle Sam outside a car dealership is ready for the holiday weekend. On July 4th, 1776, the Continental Congress adopted the Declaration of Independence establishing our independence from England. Of course the declaration didn’t find out it was adopted until many years later. There’s so much division in our country right now. So much arguing and fighting. But the fourth of July is not the time for that. The fourth of July is a time to come together, to eat American hamburgers, to drink American beer, and to be driven home drunk by a foreign Uber driver.”
