INSLEE: "Yes, we do, in combination with Western states we will have what will be an appropriate but fast review. And we feel good about that because they have been able to follow the process to date. And the thing that I'm pleased about is the transparency of the system. The manufacturers have already shared their protocols, for instance, they have never done that before, so that our reviewers can look at the protocols to make sure that every base was touched.”
