Asked if She Was Worried About King vs. Burwell, Sebelius Replied, ‘Always’

WAGNER: "Were you worried?" 
SEBELIUS: "Always. It's unpredictable. I thought the case was incredibly strong. I was confused why the court took it in the first place. Having said that, there was no guarantee that the court would find against the plaintiffs, I said the great news is that the strong majority of the court, including justice Roberts and Kennedy said, this is what the law was intended to do, to actually improve the insurance market. Help people get health insurance, not jeopardize the coverage that they had, so I was really pleased that the decision was so strong and with the 63 majority, hopefully it lays to rest a lot of the issues around, is the law constitutional or not, it clearly is."
