PPP Loan Allows Spray Tan Salon Owner To Stay Open and Retain Her Employees

‘The small business owner tells us she got a PPP loan from the federal government awhile back’

TRANSCRIPT:

REPORTER (voice-over): "Tiffany Martincic has been doing her best to keep her business going. Martincic is the owner of The Tan Banana, a spray tan salon with locations in Scottsdale and San Diego. The small business owner tells us she got a PPP loan from the federal government a while back and that has allowed her to keep her employees and pay the bills."

MARTINCIC: "We were kind of in that place where I didn't know what was going to happen, and you get really stressed out wondering, you know, worrying about these people who rely on you and what you would do if you have to close the doors. Fortunately, the PPP loan allowed them to get paid."

REPORTER (voice-over): "The federal government's Payment Protection Program was set up as a way to help small businesses survive the current economic storm while also applying for loan forgiveness."
