GINGRICH: "In the sixth year of the Obama presidency, the failure palpably in places like Baltimore and Ferguson on race relations, the failure palpably on inequality, the failure palpably on economic growth, I mean, at what point does Hillary Clinton get up and say I’m the anti-Obama Democrat? I mean, you can talk about us not having action. You have a president who on every one of these fronts that’s failing."
