SCALIA: "Unfortunately, and a number of people have observed this, it’s the lower income workers who've been particularly adversely affected by some of the shutdowns that we’ve had in response to the coronavirus. Unemployment among the lower income workers has been higher than for other populations. And therefore, for them, having schools reopen, so that they can themselves have predictable schedules, be able to return to the workplace, is going to be very important."
