BOOTHE: “The bottom line that people seem to be missing. Look, these policies aren't going to save black lives, they are going to put their lives in danger. You look at statistics, upwards of 95 percent of black homicides in this country have nothing to do with police officers. You look at the fact that  the majority of homicide victims in this country are black. So please tell me about how we are moving police presence from some of these neighborhoods is going to save those lives, it’s going to put these individuals in harm’s way, in further danger.”
