Gov. Ron DeSantis: Florida Is Following W.H. Guidelines on Entering Phase Two

‘Businesses are allowed to operate’

EXCERPT:

DESANTIS: "Well, it's basically tracking the White House’s guidelines. We’re taking our 64 counties, other than the three south Florida counties, which is really where the bulk of our cases have been this whole time, moving them into the phase two. So some of this stuff we had already had open like daycares, youth camps. It does — obviously we’re going to continue with restaurants. We are now doing some of the limited bars according to those guidelines, and then have the ability to have some of the larger venues like a movie theater with appropriate social distancing. So by and large in Florida, businesses are allowed to operate.”
