Hannity: Judge Delays End to Flynn Case

HANNITY: "We have a lot of updates tonight. We begin with this Fox News alert. Judge Emmet Sullivan has now indefinitely postponed any ruling in the case against Lieutenant General Michael Flynn. This is an outrage. The DoJ, they dropped their entire case against Flynn, and all they need is Judge Sullivan to sign off on the measure, which is pretty much standard. But Judge Sullivan wants to drag this out. Why? He's inviting outside groups to file amicus briefs in this particular case. Amicus briefs, because in other words, the judge is giving time for anyone to make a case against his Flynn's obvious exoneration. How much more evidence, your Honor, do you need? You've already treated Sidney Powell, you have treated General Flynn unfairly in your court room. And you know what we're talking about, those moments. Flynn's attorney Sidney Powell wrote that no further delay should be tolerated. We know justice delayed is justice denied.”
