The second part is you have a lot of Democrats trying to push Joe Biden out of the race. They didn't want him to be the nominee and now they're stuck with him.  They are using this as a back-door excuse to call into question, can we afford this kind of possible scandal leading into the election. Biden in hiding the last few weeks has helped him. When he comes back out he's going to have to debate Donald Trump and answer questions about Tara Reade and other people."
