‘ — after having so many people to choose from a year ago’

RUSH EXCERPT:

HAINES: “That really is just really stark when you think about the diverse field that we had. More candidates of color, more women than we ever had running at one time in the history of American politics, yet, you know, we end up here barely after super Tuesday. It’s striking. Especially when you consider for the women in particular the idea that women are the majority of the American electorate and yet they will not be able to vote for anyone who looks like them after having so many people to choose from a year ago.”
