‘Should We Get Rid of All Jews?’: Megyn Kelly Challenges O’Reilly on TX Shooting (Mediaite)

Megyn Kelly challenged Bill O’Reilly on his show when he expressed some hesitance about what Pamela Geller‘s group did in inviting people to draw Mohammad. Geller’s event in Texas ended up being targeted by two shooters, who were killed, and there’s been quite a debate today about causality and whether Geller’s group provoking Muslims in such a manner brought the attack on themselves.

Kelly told O’Reilly of course it doesn’t, because the point they were making about free speech was a solid one. The First Amendment, she said, isn’t meant to protect popular speech; it’s meant to protect “the most outrageous, offensive, incendiary speech.”
