At a Thursday afternoon press conference, Fox News anchor Geraldo Rivera pressed Baltimore Police Captain Eric Kowalczyk on whether officials “covered up” or “lied” about the newest revelation about the circumstances surrounding Freddie Gray‘s death in police custody.

Law enforcement officials announced on Thursday morning that the investigation into Gray’s death will now be handed over to the Maryland State Attorney’s office, and had said on Wednesday thatthe findings would not be released to the public. They also revealed that the police van carrying Gray had made a fourth, previously-undisclosed stop. In his questioning of Kowalczyk, Rivera called this a “bombshell.”
