Joe Biden: ‘We Are Going to Get Rid of Fossil Fuels’

BIDEN: "Maybe most important, maybe most important, I can get this passed in the United States Congress. I can get it done right away.  Senator Sanders and others are proposing Medicare-for-all plan.
