As demonstrations in Baltimore over the death ofFreddie Gray in police custody became increasingly violent last night, protesters attacked and robbed a Russia Today reporter who was videotaping them.

Young men were seen in the video flashing the middle finger to the camera and shouting obscenities. As they get closer to the reporter videotaping, she is thrown to the ground.

According to RT’s Russian-language site, a protester stole the reporter’s handbag. She pursued the attacker on foot until police showed up. AsThe Blaze pointed out, though, RT neglected to mention the attack on their English-language website.
