FEINSTEIN: "Well, I’ve read most of the press from other countries, and as you know, it’s universal that no one can understand what is happening and that most of the leaders of these other countries really believe that we’re tearing at the fabric of the presidency at a time when the United States is really important in the world in terms of peace and stability. The world is a more uncertain place now than it has been — the world is a more uncertain place now that it has been in the last ten years. And having a strong American president out there is important and all of this goes to diminish that. So I’m one that believes it should be brought to conclusion as quickly as possible and then let’s get on with it."
