Buttigieg: No One Working Full-Time on Minimum Wage Can Afford a Two-Bedroom Apartment

‘There is not one county in the entire United States of America where somebody working full-time on minimum wage can afford a two-bedroom apartment’

BUTTIGIEG: "Just look at who's winning right now in Donald Trump's Washington. Look at who's winning in this economy. And look at who's falling behind. Right now 140 million Americans would count as officially on the poverty line or low income or low wealth. That's almost half the country. Look, there is not one county in the entire United States of America where somebody working full-time on minimum wage can afford a two-bedroom apartment. I'm talking about working full-time. That's not lazy, that's literally working."
