'Conservative' View Host Lauds Liberal Diane Sawyer: I Have 'Goosebumps' (NewsBusters)

Nicolle Wallace was supposed to be the "conservative" voice for The View, but on Friday she proved again why that's silly. Veteran liberal journalist Diane Sawyer appeared to promote her new profile of Bruce Jenner as he undergoes transgender surgery. 

While talking to Sawyer, Wallace giggled like a school girl, enthusing, "It's so cool when you sit at this table. I have little goosebumps because I'm sitting next to Diane Sawyer." Even Sawyer thought this a bit much and urged the former Republican operative to calm down: "Your goosebumps have to aim higher, okay?"
