Buttigieg Calls for ‘Three Year Sunset’ for Any Congressional Military Authorization

BUTTIGIEG: “It's one of the reasons why I’ve proposed that in the future, if I ever had to go to Congress for an authorization to use force, something I hope would never happen, but if we do, there ought to be a three-year sunset so that if we really need to stay, you have to go back to Congress and have that conversation."
