CARAFANO: “ I think whether the administration should wait and see what he does. A trigger event that’s going to change the U.S. Policy would be Kim Jong Un doing something. Right now the American position seems to be we warned them. If you go back to testing we will double down. U.S. Might even start doing joint military drills again. I think the U.S. Will wait for them to actually do that. They’ve been warned. The U.S. is in wait mode.”
