Sen. Kennedy: Pelosi, Schiff Have Let the American People Down

KENNEDY: "I think what we’ll do and should do is follow the law. And the law is what the federal judges tell us it is. I understand the federal district court judge has ruled. I feel pretty certain it's going to be appealed. I don’t — my feeling about it is that executive privilege has to be protected but I’m for — all for having more witnesses. I happen to think that the Speaker and the Chairman, Chairman Schiff and Speaker Pelosi have let the American people down by basically rigging what’s going on in the House. They won’t let the President call witnesses, they won’t let the Republicans call witnesses. They won’t let them offer rebuttal testimony."
