Hillary Ducks First Question Received as Presidential Candidate

Moments ago MSNBC's Kristen Welker located Hillary Clinton amidst her "road trip" and managed to ask the presidential candidate a question. Hillary ducked.

WELKER: "How do you win this time? What's your strategy?" 
CLINTON: "I'm having a great time. Can't look forward to it any more than I am, thank you."
