Julian Castro: Our Nominating Process ‘Minimizes the Voices of People of Color’

CASTRO: "We really want to live by our values and ensure that a diverse set of voices are heard at the ballot box. And we need to change the way that we do our nominating process. Because the way that we do our nominating process right now basically minimizes the voices of people of color."
