BUTTIGIEG: "First of all, I’m willing to say it out loud. And secondly, the problem isn't just how she talks about it, the problem is the multi-trillion dollar hole. In other words, even if you accept what she's saying, taxes go up, premiums go down and you come out ahead, fine. There is still a multi-trillion dollar hole in this plan. That's the problem. Add it to the fact that if you like your private plan, her vision will kick you off of it in four years or less, and we don’t have to do this. What I’m proposing amounts to the boldest health care reform in more than 50 years.
