CARDIN: "Well, I strongly support the House looking into these. I know the whistleblower is scheduled to testify before the House and Senate. I believe that has been confirmed. Clearly the I.G. will be there and testify. We already know that. I think Secretary Pompeo should testify before the inquiry. So we need to get the facts as to what was involved here, how they were conducting foreign policy, how much the President’s political ambitions influenced those decisions. All of that is important information. And whether there was a cover-up of some of this information by putting it into a separate file that's reserved for highest classified information."
