ROSE: "There -- there is no doubt that that transcript combined with the whistleblower report makes this allegation incredibly credible and worthy of an extensive investigation and even an impeachment inquiry. But as I've said, we have to show the American people how serious this actually is, and that does take time, and that, I do believe, should take resources and an extensive trust building process throughout the country. I do just want to add one other thing. If you talk to average Americans about his, you know what they all too often they say? 'Well, you know, you know what, maybe the president did something wrong but on the same hand, everybody does it. This is an incredible or potentially an incredible abuse of power.
