‘And his judgment is terribly lacking’

EXCERPT:

MITCHELL: "Adam Schiff, of course, is chair of the House Intelligence Committee and joins me now. First, John Bolton’s departure, what difference will it make?"
SCHIFF: "Well, it could have a profound difference. There will be fewer dissenting voices within the National Security Council. It’ll give Mike Pompeo much freer hand to set the agenda. But look, he was a terrible choice for this position to begin with. He doesn’t have the right temperament to bring together different cabinet officials to try to reach a decision or present policy options to the president. And his judgment is terribly lacking.”
