Kerry: Obama Was ‘Courageous’ for Sending 4,000 Troops To Fight Ebola

When Ebola came along, it was President Obama’s courageous decision to send 4,000 young Americans there, before all the answers were clear, in order to make sure we could build the capacity to respond.
