BULLOCK: "No, I think the DNC rules were well-intentioned, but that’s exactly what it’s done, is it's shifted all the money to buying Facebook and Google ads as opposed to talking to voters. And that’s what not we need. Anybody that thinks buying 130,000 donors demonstrates grassroots support from the Party is sorely mistaken. You think back to the Republican debates. Their qualifications were one percent all the way into 2016. It’s a darn shame if we’re less inclusive than the Republicans."
