‘To have a birth tourism as tourism itself, we don’t appreciate that’

TORRES: “Yes. The resolution itself is basically saying that we acknowledge — we welcome our tourism because that’s the backbone of our economy but to have a birth tourism as tourism itself, we don’t appreciate that because it has hurt our health care and that is the bottom line of our concern.”
