Sen. Alexander: ‘Keep Your Plan’ Promise Needs To Become Law

‘We should pass Senator Ron Johnson’s legislation, which would put into law the president’s words’

CAMEROTA: "So is the answer, Senator, for the Administration to somehow make good on the president's promise, 'if you like your health care, and your plan you can keep it?' Should they rewrite this somehow to incorporate those 3.5 million people who are estimated to loose their coverage?"
ALEXANDER: "The answer to that question is, yes. You can go to the White House website today, and it says, 'if you like your health care plan, you can keep it without any change due to the health care law.' That's what it says today on the White House website. So we should pass Senator Ron Johnson's legislation, which would put into law the president's word. If we don't do that, we're likely to get to January 1, and have four, five, six million Americans who have had their insurance cancelled by ObamaCare, and have no way to replace it."
