State Dept.: No Record of Hillary Signing Separation Forms; ‘Fairly Certain She Did Not’

‘We did not locate any record of either of her immediate predecessors signing this form [either]’

PSAKI: "Matt, I don't have anything at the top, so go ahead."
LEE: "All right. Let's hope for the luck of the Irish here."
PSAKI: "Let's hope."
LEE: "Can you put to rest the questions that you have not been able to answer to this point about former Secretary Clinton and whether she signed this separation form or not?"
PSAKI: "Well, we have reviewed Secretary Clinton's official personnel file and administrative files and do not have any record of her signing the OF-109. In addition, after looking into their official personnel files, we did not locate any record of either of her immediate predecessors signing this form. It's not clear that this form is used as a part of a standard part of check out across the federal government, or even at the State Department, so we are certainly looking into that."
LEE: "So when you say that you do not have any record of her singing it, does that mean that there is no such document with her signature on it in the file?"
PSAKI: "That we have found access to, yes."
LEE: "So, in other words, she's -- you are not sure that she did or -- you are still not sure whether she did or didn't? Or does this mean--?"
PSAKI: "I think we are fairly certain she did not."
LEE: "OK. So she did not."
PSAKI: "We don't have record of it."
