But I think that’s when your focus is on pandering and just winning as opposed to having a principal and stating that principle in the ground, when your rudder list, this is what happens. You start meandering wherever the news of the day goes and next thing you know you’re left with appeasing a very small percentage of Americans and you’re leaving 80% of the country behind.”
