George Stephanopoulos, the former White House communications director for President Clinton, appears to have lost faith in Hillary Clinton’s handling of her newest scandal. Now the host of ABC’s This Week, Stephanopoulos said Clinton’s entourage has demonstrated that it is “not up to speed.”

But longtime Clinton surrogate James Carville still disagrees, and suggested the scandal about Hillary Clinton’s exclusive use of a private e-mail account and secret server would benefit Clinton’s potential presidential campaign. “This is not just spin, I actually believe this: This is good because it reminds everybody what it is,” Carville said on This Week. “This happened and it’s never going to stop because it’s what I call the Clinton rule. There’s a rule that applies to the Clintons, and then there’s a press rule that applies to everybody else.”
