MNUCHIN: "I wish there was as much interest in IRS modernization at this Committee as there is on this tax return issue. But let me just comment, you know, I take great comfort in there are different views on this and this is why we have a constitution and we have a third branch of government that, I'm assuming, to the extent that Congress — to the extent that, first, we haven't made a decision, but I think you can guess which way we're leaning on our subpoena, to the extent that we don't, and there is litigation, I take great comfort that there's a third branch of government to deal with this important issue."
