‘Fox & Friends’ Host Falsely Says Democrats Want to Kill Babies

DOOCY: "Governor taking the lead on. This by signing it. A lot of the people in the state have supported it. Where does it go from here? Do you think there's going to be more backlash."
PERDUE: "Well, you have to talk to the legal professionals anything in this country right now litigious. So I think you will see cases brought to bear and we'll see how the court reacts. But the encouraging thing about that is under President Trump we've actually brought rationality back to our court system. Over 100 federal judges have been confirmed so far and more in the wings waiting. Over 30 courts of appeal justices and even two Supreme Court justices."
EARHARDT: "It's definitely in the forefront of our minds now."
PERDUE: "Absolutely."
EARHARDT: "I think it backfired on those Democrats when they all said you can have an abortion even after the baby is born or kill the baby after the baby is born."
