INSLEE: "I don't know where national security — number four is terrorism. So those are things that are associated and exacerbated by climate change. And our only task is to get people to really think about it in those terms. Look, it's an economic issue. I’m going to Iowa tomorrow to look at the floods where we’ve had billions of dollars of damage to our economy, astronomical losses throughout the Midwest. I've gone seeing whole towns burned down in Paradise, California. The expense and damage being done to our economy by climate change is something that is increasing dramatically."
