White House ‘Considering’ AIPAC Invitation; Won’t Commit to Sending Official

‘Once we’ve made a decision, we will get back to AIPAC’

NN REPORTER: "I know that Vice President and the Secretary of State will be out of town next week during the start of -- actual during the whole AIPAC conference. Will an administration official be addressing the AIPAC conference at all?"

EARNEST: "We will have more information on that soon. Obviously, we have received an invitation from AIPAC and we will get back to them."

NN REPORTER: "So, we should expect just a name? It's not whether you're gonna have administration official attend the conference, it's just a matter of figuring out which administration official actually addresses AIPAC?"

EARNEST: "Well, again, I think -- we've received the invitation from AIPAC. We are considering the invitation and once we’ve made a decision, we will get back to AIPAC about who the speakers would be, and then we will be in the position to talk about it publicly."
