Report: CMS Sent 800,000 ObamaCare Enrollees the Wrong Tax Information

“800,000 people who signed up on time got the wrong 1095A tax form and that is something that people take information from to submit with their annual fillings. Now, the problem is people were given the wrong info about how much their coverage costs. The new blog that just went up on HelathCare.gov is explaining this has to do with Silver Plans and that many people who signed up for those were given the Premium information for last year.

That is not good. So now enrollees are being told that they should wait to file their taxes and this 800,000 number is a significant chunk of the 11,4 million sign ups. The White House has been celebrating. They say 50,000 or so people may have already filled their taxes and they're gonna have to redo those and there are three ways that people can find out if they have been affected. You need to check your voice mail, check your email box, or log in to your market place account at HealthCare.gov ...

The White House says that they are not going to put out the statement on it but we are starting to get preliminary information from HSS and from CMS and we will have a lot more throughout the day."
