Fallon: Obama Celebrates 11.4 Million ObamaCare Sign Ups by Moonwalking

FALLON: "The news out of Washington this week, President Obama says the Affordable Care Act is a a success after 11.4 million people signed up and re-enrolled for ObamaCare during the second period. Yeah. Pretty proud of it. But I thought moonwalking out of the room felt a little braggy. That clearly was not "Billie Jean." We can't afford Billie Jean? What is that song? She told me her name was Pam Irene. I don't want to hear "Pam Irene." That is so not -- that was so not "Billie Jean." Sorry about that. We have a budget here at "The Tonight Show."
