Manning is a former Army intel analyst that disclosed hundreds of thousands of sensitive government documents to the website. Manning has said that she has objections to secrecy of the grand jury process. She already revealed everything that she knows at her court-martial. The judge saying she will remain in jail, behind bars until she testifies or until the grand jury  concludes its work.”
