MILBANK: “No. I think it may be because she’s a Democrat, though. To your earlier point, there is something of a double standard here. I pointed out many times when the President talks about the globalists and shows images of prominent American Jews on the screen, you know, the Pittsburgh Synagogue massacre was in many ways a result of the kind of anger the President has fomented. In rare cases and only in extreme cases like Steve King do you see Republicans sort of go after and reprimand their own. Now, the Democrats have a choice. They can be tribal, like the Republicans, and do the same thing and say, 'Well, we’ll defend her because she’s one of us.' I don’t think it’s the right thing to do for the Democrats to be tribal as the Republicans are being.”
